Twenty years after the original instructional sex video, this version aims to improve a new generation's sex lives. The models aren't British, but the voiceover is: as Muzak trills and lovers writhe, soap stars Gemma Bissix and Jeremy Edwards share tips on foreplay, oral sex, positions and fetishes. The stress is on the psychology and the science: how to arouse, relax and be aroused. A lot of it makes sense and, as a beginner-to-intermediate's guide, it has uses. It's hardly a work of art – the 3D feels creepy – and the script's often silly. Their cure for impotence? 'Think sexy thoughts. ' Still, it's worth seeing if you're after basic bedroom inspiration or the sheer joy of hearing a 'Hollyoaks' actor say 'frottage'. Y en 'Passion' (2013), llevaba a cabo su enésima entrega de un 'thriller' erótico sofisticado y cruel que se retuerce en torno a una obsesión. Más difícil resulta dilucidar cómo ha afrontado Brian De Palma una película como 'Domino'. A primera vista, nos encontramos ante un 'thriller' de coproducción internacional que recuerda en su resultado un tanto cutre y grumoso a aquellos 'europuddings' que creíamos haber dejado atrás hace unos años. El filme alterna intérpretes que hablan un perfecto inglés deslocalizado y escenarios de diversos países europeos generando una mezcolanza de nacionalidades más desconcertante que global. La dirección de actores nunca ha sido una de las principales prioridades de De Palma, pero aquí se le nota poco por la labor. El reparto variopinto de estrellas europeas combina profesionales a prueba de bomba, como el danés Nikolaj Coster-Waldau o el francés Ériq Ebouaney, con actrices a las que se ve más despistadas, como la holandesa Carice van Houten. Aunque quien más parece tomarse su papel con cierto cachondeo autoparódico es Guy Pearce, quizá porque como agente de la CIA le tocan las líneas más bochornosas de diálogo ("we're americans, we read your e-mails").

La pellicola ha avuto una gestazione molto lunga e travagliata. Il regista Giuseppe Ferrara ha dichiarato di aver pensato per la prima volta a questo progetto nel 1986, subito dopo Il caso Moro, e di volerlo realizzare all'epoca con Gian Maria Volonté come protagonista. [1] Dopo una bocciatura del progetto nel 1991 da parte dei produttori Silvio Berlusconi e Vittorio Cecchi Gori, e l'intenzione del regista di gettare la spugna, l'interesse di Rai Cinema ha fatto portare a termine il progetto dopo quindici anni, nel 2001. [2] Il film ha incontrato problemi durante la lavorazione, in quanto la magistratura ha voluto accertarsi delle ricostruzioni ancora al vaglio. [3] Nell'aprile 2002 venne messo sotto sequestro su denuncia di Flavio Carboni (interpretato da Giancarlo Giannini nel film), il quale ha dovuto versare una cauzione di un milione e mezzo di euro. Il film venne dissequestrato due mesi dopo. [4] Dopo aver dedicato dieci anni a documentarsi ed esaminare le carte processuali [5], malgrado ripetute interruzioni dei finanziamenti da parte della Penta [6], Ferrara riuscì a portare in scena la propria ricostruzione dei fatti con un cast di 164 attori.
